Zimbardo, in my opinion, knew he was going in over his head, but he didn’t care. He wanted FAME, he wanted profile and look what he got for the PTSD he, undoubtedly, caused these students and their families; APA President. Now he lectures around the world and has developed “The Lucifer Effect.” Take a look at how he changed his appearance to appear more Lucifer-like. I wrote about the film on another Medium site. I have NO respect for the man and his “experiment” was trash from the start.
