I believe there's sufficient research that indicates the gums, if not properly kept free of debris from eating, will provide a wonderful host for bacteria, which can enter the bloodstream. Of course, correlation never equals causation, all of us know that. I do believe there's enough research out there to support the thesis that cancer does start with poor oral hygiene. It's not just diet, it's having access to dental care and people who don't have money generally, don't have any dental care. Thank you for your comments, however.
