Brain injuries can be quite different and many of the people who have had TBI engage in sometimes aggressive behavior, and efforts to hide any memory deficits. Unfortunately, persons with an Alzheimer's diagnosis can also be aggressive, and I have seen some who were extremely paranoid and could have become dangerous to their families. But it's not easy to make a blanket statement about everyone with TBI.
