Only ten years ago, no one could have predicted the ways in which artificial intelligence (AI) would revolutionize the healthcare industry. Many tools and applications created by technology enable physicians and researchers to improve patient care and look into previously unsolvable health problems. Although AI-driven medical solutions offer obvious benefits, some people are still concerned about their potential for harm. Some experts fear artificial intelligence, or AI, to be a threat to the healthcare sector and patient outcomes. But is this actually the case, or are its real advantages being misrepresented?

Since it has the potential to change industries and increase human potential, artificial intelligence (AI) has attracted unprecedented interest and investment in recent years. Both medical professionals and researchers are avidly investigating AI’s various medical uses. Like every new technology, AI has its share of detractors and skeptics. There are those who have dubbed artificial intelligence (AI) the "new medical monster," while others are optimistic about its potential to revolutionize modern healthcare.
